Third, installation instructions
1. Users should read the manual carefully before using this product.

Fourth, the working principle and characteristics
The main circuit of the three-phase torque motor controller uses imported bidirectional thyristor. Changing the opening angle of the controllable silicon can make the working voltage of the motor or other loads continuously adjustable from 0 to 365V (the starting voltage of the motor is 60V). It realizes the balanced pressure regulator speed process to meet the requirements of different production processes. Work is stable and reliable.
Five, operation method
1. Wiring instructions:Connect the three-phase AC power supply to the input A, B, and C of the torque motor controller through a three-pole automatic switch (130% of the motor stall current), and the output D1, D2, and D3 of the controller are connected to the terminal W1 of the torque motor For V1 and U1, the torque motor must comply with the Y and △ connection methods (refer to the motor wiring instructions). The common point (ie, the center point) of the Y torque motor does not need to be connected to the neutral line of the power supply, as shown in the figure. Please connect the cooling fan to the input terminal.Note: (1) Please strictly follow the wiring diagram to avoid damage by mistake.(2) The wire must be soldered, connected to the controller and the motor, tighten the screws and nuts, otherwise the poor contact will cause a "flashover" phenomenon, and it is easy to burn out the controller and thyristor.
2. Operation steps:(1) Turn the speed control knob to the zero position.(2) Turn on the main power and turn on the controller switch. (Indicator is on)(3) Adjust the knob of the speed adjustment potentiometer to make the motor reach your desired speed.
Six, matters needing attention
1. The output short circuit is strictly prohibited.2. In order to improve the service life and technical performance of the controller: the controller must have a separate power switch, and the output voltage is generally adjusted within 150 ~ 300V, which is a normal working range of the motor. Also pay attention to turn off the power switch when not working.
Seven, simple troubleshooting methods
1. The motor sounds abnormally and the speed is out of adjustment during work.(1) Check whether the internal connection method of the motor terminal box conforms to Y type and △ type connection.2. After the controller is connected correctly, there is no output voltage when it is powered on, which may be a large vibration in the transportation project, causing the internal circuit to be disconnected or disconnected.
